The Hub

Welcome, this is my first ever blog post and still a little unsure about how it will appear so please bear with me! I am Jonny Hiles, based in Bristol in the UK and very happily married to Joanne. I am a professional recruiter and Director of two Recruitment businesses. My interest in a blog was to communicate my experiences of working as a self employed recruiter and talk about The Hub which is currently my main focus.

The Hub is a network of independent recruitment specialists using a centralised delivery, back office and support function or hub - hence the name!
