The Hub is a UK based network of independent recruitment specialists utilising a centralised delivery, back office and support function – or hub – hence the name.

We are looking for Recruitment Partners to join the network.

We set up The Hub as part of a UK based £120m Recruitment plc to specifically cater for the UK market.
The Hub provides the independent recruiter with the delivery capability of a large recruitment plc. The Hub is a simple mechanism for the independent recruiter to open up additional revenue streams and develop business, utilising the delivery engine of a £120m recruitment plc.

The Recruitment Partners generate the vacancies that they are unable to deliver competitively against and The Hub uses the significant delivery capability to find the best available candidates. When the placement is made, we split the fee.

The Recruitment Partner maintains contact and the relationship with the client.

You are likely to be a Recruitment professional, perhaps with your own established business or an ambitious entrepreneur keen to capitalise on your experience. If you do not have your own existing business, we can help you with branding, technology etc at no cost by joining The Hub.

The Splits model is growing in popularity in the UK recruitment market but we are behind other countries. From our feedback and comms so far, it seems that the slower growth of this market in the UK is due to a lack of awareness rather than a reluctance to work with the model. Some recruiters will always be reticent and of course the model does not suit everyone but what has had the greatest affect on growth of this model? (Good and Bad!)
