The Splits model is growing in popularity in the UK recruitment market but we are behind other countries. From our feedback and comms so far, it seems that the slower growth of this market in the UK is due to a lack of awareness rather than a reluctance to work with the model. Some recruiters will always be reticent and of course the model does not suit everyone but what has had the greatest affect on growth of this model? (Good and Bad!)
